What is your turn around time ?
All items are handmade once order as been placed. Please allow us up to 5 business days to process your order. Once an order has processed, depending on your location shipping can take anywhere between 2-7 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email so you can track your package online. AmeliaMShop is not responsible for USPS shipping delays.
Do you accept returns ?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. All refunds are issued in form of store credit will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.
What are your care instructions?
For longevity, please turn all garments inside out, machine wash with cold water. Hang dry is RECOMMENDED or tumble try on low heat setting. Do not use bleach or iron on the design.
Do you take custom orders?
At this time we are not accepting any custom orders.
What size should I purchase?
A size guide have been provided, please see the bottom of the page.
PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes the carrier mark the item as delivered but item hasn't reach its destination. If you still did not receive your item within 1 day of the tracking stating delivered, please reach out to your local office.
